 Commercial Pilot License (CPL)

Eligibility

Age : Not less than 17years – (Please note that the minimum age for issue of CPL is 18yrs)
Qualification : 10+2 with Physics and Maths from any recognized university or Board
Medical : Class I medical Certificate
Other : Proficiency in English Language.

Course Overview:

The course will be a full time course. As per the guidelines of the DGCA during the currency of course, the student will have to fulfill below mentioned requirements

Obtain a student Pilot Licence and FRTOL (Flight Radio Telephony operators licence) issued by the DGCA
Complete 200 hrs of flying
Pass the written exams of the DGCA
Clear the RTR exam conducted by the WPC wing of the Govt. of India.
Be in possession of Indian FRTOL
Pass Flying Skills Test

Curriculum

Option 1  
200 hours of flying on Single Engine Aircraft
 
Option 2  
190 hours of flying on Single Engine Aircraft
10 hrs of Flying on Multi Engine Aircraft

Ground Training

Ground Training consists of 350 hours which includes the subjects below:-

Air Regulations
Meteorology
Navigation
Radio Navigation
Technical

Duration

10 - 12 Months
