Gp. Capt. Rajeev Bhalla – Gp. Capt. Rajeev Bhalla is a Chief Flight Instructor (CFI) of Ambitions is an Ex Indian air force flight instructor with 3700+ hrs of accident free flying ; is on active flying duties for the last 32 years.In the Air force he has served as an ex chief flying instructor at Air force Academy Flying Training School Hyderabad.Capt Bhalla is a qualified instructor on a number of aircrafts which include Hunter, MIG-21, Jaguar (Multi engine), Kiran (Jet trainer), Hindustan Train and Cessna 172 and 152. An ex instructor and DY leader of Thunderbolt Aerobatic Team which performed all over India and abroad and has had the privilege of flying along with British and French pilots at various air shows.

Quality Control Manager
Mr. Manoj Jain. Mr. Jain has a vast experience of 29 years in the Aviation Industry. After completing his B.Sc , Mr. Jain did his Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineer from the Punjab AME college  and then went on work as an Asst Maintenance Engineer at Delhi Flying Club. Over the years, he has worked for various Aviation Companies and Flying Clubs at different designations. He has had his hands on a large variety of aircraft like Beech craft C-90 ,Cessna 310, Cessna 172 Garmin1000 , Cessna 172R/S , Cessna 152 , Pushpak MK-I , Swatiand Glider Super Blanik.

Managing Director
Mr. Rajeev Kandhari. A Post Graduate in Administration and Systems management Diploma holder from Mumbai,Mr. Rajeev R Kandhari is an industrialist with 15 years of experience in power transmission & Galvanizing (corrosion treatment to steel) businesses with forward integration into Industrial floorings & cable support systems.  Finance & Administration are his forte & his long held experience in the industry has an advantage to capitulate this exponentially growing aviation sector.
His group of companies have dealt with most of the top brass corporate's like Reliance Group, Tata Group, L & T, Birla Group, Mahindra Group, Essar Group, Suzlon, Raheja Group, Hiranandani’s, MNC’s like Siemens, ABB, Bechtel International, Lucent Technologies, Areva, Hutch, etc.

Director
Capt. Abhay Bhardwaj. He has been in the aviation industry for over fourteen years& has the first hand knowledge and insight on the present aviation scenario. He went on to acquire his FAA CPL from Dallas, Texas.
Before joining the commercial airlines he had a stint as an Asst Flight instructor in India and then went on to work as commercial pilot with few of the leading airlines in India namely NEPC Airlines, Air Sahara Airlines and currently he is in command on Airbus 320 with Indigo Airlines.

Mrs. Nirmala Ravi Kandhari. An M.Com degree holder from HR College, Mumbai, she has 12 years of experience in the administration & finance in the Jenco group of industries. With accounting as the area of expertise, Mrs. N.R. Kandhari has efficiently handled corporate finance & accounts. Her experience & vision in the field will support the financial requirements for functioning of the proposed flying club.
